Is there any way to get the phone to vibrate more than once for messages on stock? If its on jailbreak what is the best app to get for setting vibrations to go longer than the once. Its very hard to feel that one you get. Thanks

What do you mean messages on stock? I didn't think the stock app gave notifications. iOS 4.3 now offers 2 vibrates per message and you can set multiple vibrates after a set amount of time. I set mine to 3.

I have a Verizon model. I can't set how many vibrations I want for messages or emails. Do I have to jailbreak in order to do that and if so what is the best app to get. Sorry I wasn't clearer

Putting pads down in your apartment isn't going to solve the problem. The problem has to be solved in the room below your apartment. Sounds as if the floor joists need to be beefed up but the landlord could try rubber insulators between his fans and the ceiling.
