You mean convert a video to something you can watch on the iPhone?

I use HandBrake in that case.

You should check what formats the iPhone supported first, turn to Apple iPhone specs.
You can adjust the size to 320*480 in the video software by preset the Resolution settings, many software allows, such as iFunia I used.
