Screen Organization - Icons & Folders

How are you arranging your icons & folders?

I am using some folders. My home screen consists of my 8 most frequently used apps (not counting the dock) along with 8 Speed Dials (created using Home Icon app)

AT&T user, but I'll respond too:

4 icons on the top of each of 4 pages (pages 2-4 are folders with other apps inside) plus the 4 on the dock (5 if I decide to jailbreak). I do it this way because I want to see the picture of my son I have on my homescreen rather than having it covered up.
