Where is the hotspot?

So how do we use our new iphone as a hotspot for other computers?

Settings under wifi, if it's not there, then go under settings, general, network and click on it there, then it will appear under wifi under settings... this is for those who pay vzw for the hotspot, otherwise, jailbreak.
