Face Time Problems?!

Hey guys a long time lurker here. I have recieved both my iphones today and they are working wonderfully except face time. I activated both phones exactly the same way and while i did get hung up on the one screen where you click the accept button 80 times everything is activated. when i try to facetime somebody over wi fi it says activating and has all day. any ideas? also i have noticed that both phone DO NOT say verizon by the 3g and wifi symbol. im really lost has anyone encountered this?

i thought for sure that was going to do the trick but after doing option 1 & 2 still a no go i'm really stumped because everything else on the phone works awsome

Same Issue

I am having the same issue...I took my phone to an Apple store...1st Verizon iPhone they saw...did a bunch of troubleshooting...they called Verizon and apparently one of their servers is down, so it should work come Thursday...they said it is a known issue with some devices...if that doesn't fix, they will replace come Thursday.
