Verizon wont let you pick up from UPS?

Has anyone picked up their phone from UPS? I called them and they said Verizon wont let you pick up... they just have to keep trying to deliver?

They told me that too. So did Verizon. So I just showed up the the UPS Customer Center and they gave it to me. That was about 11am this morning.

I wish I had done that on Saturday, now UPS is telling me that my phone is missing. They can't find it!!!! good stuff

They would not let me pick it either waited until 1030 am decided to go looking for the ups delivery truck. Found him 10 blocks away and he gave me my iPhone. 1100am had it activated with all my contacts and emails setup
