heres a good one..
Just got off the phone with a VZW CS rep. because my card was charged for $635.. she proceeded to tell me that NO iphones will be shipped until the 8th or 9th for delivery on the 10th (possibly, but not very likely, the 9th). She said they are looking into why everyone is receiving emails with tracking information and they believe it was a glitch in their shipping system..
could just be another notorious CSR with the wrong info...
hmmm.. any thoughts?

My first thought is, "Oh crap!"
However, I know where my phone is (UPS in West Chester, PA) and I know that it's scheduled for Monday delivery (I spoke to a UPS rep). So unless Verizon plans to put a hold on every package---and I'm not even sure that they could do that at this point---and have a major PR nightmare, I expect my iPhone to arrive on Monday.
I would guess you spoke to a CSR who didn't have correct information.
