So I am getting my first smartphone IPhone4....had no luck on the verizon page so went to the apple store. It didn't have options for changing voice or adding text. Do I just go to Verizon when I get the phone to do this?

If there weren't any options to choose from when you were ordering I wouldn't be too concerned, Verizon allows you to change your plan at anytime without penalty, you can just make the necessary changes when you receive your equipment.
