Info I need when I pre-order the Verizon iPhone 4?

What information would I need ready when I pre-order the iPhone at 3am?
I have the last 4 digits of the SSN #and the user and pass for the Verizon Wireless online account. Is that basically all the info I need? Anything else? Because I would need to call my father because he is the holder of the account and hes probably going to bed soon so I need to contact him asap before he does go to bed.
And Im also guessing I need a paypal payment or a credit card?

You can either pay with a credit card or you can choose to have it put on your bill.

If you are paying full retail, depending on how many lines are on your account, there may be a limit to the amount you can have put on your next bill. I believe it is about $350 per line up to $1050.

There are also other rules, such as length of time account has been open, if you've missed a payment/been late in the past few months, etc.
