    Default Contact Groups on iPhone

    is there any way to create a group on the iphone itself?

    My wife uses an app called GroupQ, and says that it works well (i think its like a dollar or something). There's tons of apps in the app store for this though...

    I know this may not be what you want but you can also set which group contacts created on the phone automatically go into. I can't remember if you set it on the phone or through iTunes just look at the settings. So what I do since I'm cheap is I have a "Temp" group and I set all iPhone created contacts to go to that group and then when I have time I go through and re-assign them in Address Book.

    I use GroupMe for this sort of stuff.
