Variable media scrubbing

Hello all, to start I have an iphone4 on 4.2 with redsn0w jailbreak. My question came from after reading tibp tips, "How to hide lyrics and text from showing on top of iPhone album art". I noticed that my phone does not show the media scrubbing option as in the pic. My phone shows the name of the song, the artist, and album. I would like to change it to media scrubbing. I cant seem to figure out how to change this. Can anyone out their help me figure out how to change this? Thanks for looking. TiPb RULES!!!!

Have you tapped the screen? Tap it once, it shows. Tap it again, it disappears.
