Sync Safari?

Does anyone know of a way or an app that will sync what you're doing on Safari on the iPhone with what you're doing on Safari on your Mac? Not bookmarks or anything like that ... But I mean, there's times when I'm browsing on my iPhone and there's a link or a page I'm on that I want to view on my Mac, but I gotta enter the whole 50+ character webpage with all the "?//%=" crap lol.

They should implement that somehow .. or like, a copy and paste from one iDevice to another, that would be awesome. Make it to where if the two devices are on the same wifi network you can do interaction with one another from the opposite device. Kinda what Remote on iPhone does for iTunes.

What I do is just copy and paste the web adress into an email and email myself. Works every time.
