He, what happened to your phone, it looks like it had been drowned in water. I suggest that you better consult an iphone repair professional to fix that problem. I don't know why but it seems than I am much worried than you.

I take it you are jailbroken, you should post this in that forum...

You are going to need to replace that image through SSH to make it transparent, or you can download a clear lockscreen theme...
