My iPhonefixed White iPhone 4 Conversion Parts Have Arrived!
As promised, I did say that I would let you guys know when I finally got my white conversion parts from UK company, iphonefixed.co.uk.
White front complete
White back complete
White Home Button
White Headphone Jack
I also have a white dock connector sourced elsewhere which is genuine OEM Apple stock.
The arrived well packaged, and in their own boxed, with hard foam packaging.
I'm currently uploading a video shot of the unboxings, and overview of parts, but below I have added several photos of said parts as promised. The quality of all parts, look, and feel superb, and the front lcd backing looks to be OEM to me, let me know what you think.?
Front camera, and flash de fusser.
Front inner lec rear protector, and barcode.
Ear piece, and proximity sensor area of front. (There is no speaker mesh).
Home Button surround
Clear raised lip around the whole circumference of the front. (Anyone elses like this? Is it like this on the black model?
iPhone Headphone Jack (White)
All of my photos (Many not shown here due to limited to 10 photos) in Extra Large size can be found here on flickr.
I will add the link to my Youtube video once its completed uploading.
I'm very interested in hearing from you guys who have sourced these parts elsewhere, especially if you noticed any differences between any of these parts I have from iPhonefixed.co.uk
Also would be great to hear from anyone else who is considering the conversion, be it by themselves, or getting a company to carry out the conversion for you.
I will keep this thread alive with updates as and when I carry out the conversion, detailing any complications, should there be any, and of course sharing my experiences in carrying out the conversion too.

A couple of things. First, there is no lip on the black iPhone screen like the one on your white one. The home button white is quite a bit whiter compared to the glass. Finally, how did that company get those oem parts? Is there a massive leak somewhere?
Either way, I still think the white iPhone is hideous.
Each to their own my friend. I wanted a white iPhone 4, and prefer the white, I also have other gadgets in white, its all down to user choice ateotd, and its just like a personal opinion, everyone has their very own unique one.
As to the lip, I have compared the parts with the white iphone 4 shown off at WWDc in the link below, and that too has the lip around the circumference, so Im personally happy with my parts.

The lip on the black iPhone 4 is no where near as pronounced as the lip pictured on that white one. Not even close. There IS a lip, but it is so subtle that it's hardly there...the one on that white case is very obvious and noticeable (this is the case with all of the white cases ive seen on eBay and stuff).
That said...i have a friend that switched his over to all white (including everything you pictured) and it looks pretty good in person, though there is a noticeable difference in white tones between the home button and the case itself. After seeing what is essentially a white iPhone 4 though now in person, i'm so glad they didnt offer them initially because i prob would have bought the white one, and i STRONGLY prefer the black now.
I really wish Apple would release a color series of the rear glass panel...
Update. I have been reading many posts here, and elsewhere about the white conversion parts from many sources are not sitting flush with the antenna, so this has delayed my conversion process. What I will now be doing, is buying an iPhone 4 Mid-Plate, and mate up to that to see if my parts from iphonefixed.co.uk sit flush, the front glass in particular, and if it fits nice and flush, I will then proceed to the conversion.

Just had my iPhone 4 swapped from black to white by a local mac shop. It looks great, bur my proximity sensor isn't working. Screen stays on during calls. I did a network reset and a hard reset..... nothing worked so far.
I still have my old parts. Anyone know if the sensor can be taken off the old one and installed on the white parts or do I need to send it back and get a new one?

Bit of an update. This afternoon I completed replacing the headphone port/jack on a spare iPhone 4 frame I purchased, and have taken a series of photos to put together a guide on how to change/replace it.
I will mention though, its not for the faint hearted, and I do not recommend anyone to carry out this conversion if you are not experienced with micro electronics.
Removing the black headphone port, and replacing with a white one took me two hours, as I always take my time with something like this.
As said, I have several photos taken during the conversion process, and I will label them up, highlighting the different components. There are several very important things to note during the work, all of which I will detail in the guide.
I will upload my photos, and guide here later today. Tomorrow I will be doing the same for the dock connector too, replacing the black dock connector for a white one, and will detail the conversion here for anyone brave enough to try it, but please, when I say don't try this at home, I mean it, its not easy.!
