Default Scheduling Meetings on an iPhone

I found some dated responses to this so I figured I would re-ask the question.

How do you schedule a meeting (invite attendees to an appointment) from the iPhone?

    Title
    Location
    Starts
    Ends
    Repeat
    Alert
    Notes

    There is no Invitees...

"Invitees" is between "Repeat" and "Alert" for me, but I am also syncing with Exchange.
No matter where you go, there you are.
