My sister has lost her iPhone, it's insured thru her bank (Lloyds TSB) what does she do and what happens with her sim? It's pay as u go sim. She does have the imei luckily so am guessin we need that? Will the phone be bricked, so if she finds it again will it work? Thanks guys.

Normally you call and suspend it but i dunno with a gophone sim. If she buys a replacement sim they can put the balance on the new sim if she calls them before whoever took it uses the minutes.

Imei wont really matter, att doesnt block it etc. Whoever can just put a new sim in it and away they go.

Have sis contact the insurance asap for replacement
