installous Dowloaded file error

Hi,

I am using jail-broken 3gs 4.01 iphone.
When try to download from installous or appcake the file do not show up in the download folder of either ones.
when I use winscp to upload the ipa files to download folder,they will show up but I get an error "domain error=NSPOS...." when try to install them,does anyone have an idea why?and what's the solution.
