    Default Not sure where to post this ?

    Ive been syncing music to my iphone, trying to keep band names spelled exactly the same in itunes so i dont have more the one band entry in my ipod on my phone.. problem is duplicate names of bands show up in the ipod entry under artists.. What am i doing wrong here?

    Im just trying to organize my music so its clean and neat in my ipod installed on my phone...

    Iphone 3G running 4.0

    Try changing the name to one of them, then when you go to enter it in again... it'll suggest the one you already have. Had that happen to me before.

    Also check for extra "spaces" in the artist block. i had that happen to me before and there was an extra space in there that threw things off.
