Can't publish videos to youtube

I have been trying to upload vieos from my phone to youtube and I always get an error at the very end of the process "Cant publish <video name> to youtube"

I have tried logging in and out of youtbe. i have tried uploading a 1 sec video. reset my network settings. reset my phone. anyone have any other ideas to help?

its a application that allows you to upload to youtube and facebook and things

I will try that, but I was hoping there is a fix to make my phone work right
