How does one reply to all in a SMS message??

Like the title says, How can you reply to all in an SMS message that was sent to you?

I believe you have to turn on Group Messaging to be able to reply to all.

The only issue I found with Group Messaging is that if one of the recipients donot have a MMS plan and only have a SMS plan they will not be able to read the message.

Atleast that's what happened the couple of tines I tried it.
