Volume Stuck

Twice today I have had the volume get "stuck" while listening to the ipod app on my iphone 4. The first time it somehow got "unstuck" and was fine. Then a little while later it did it again and I had to reboot to get it back to normal. Has anyone else had this issue or know anything about it? I tried both the actual buttons on the side and the onscreen volume slider and neither would work.

iPhone 4 volume

I experienced this volume stuck issue since I got my iPhone 4, and just figured out what caused it today. Since iPhone 4 has multi-tasking. Skype stayed on in the background every time after I used it for voice chat, which somehow affected the volume control when playing music. As soon as i logged of from Skype on the iPhone 4, the volume control became active again.
