Return and ReBuy Policy?

I upgraded to an iphone 4 from my 3GS. I decided to keep my 3GS instead of selling immediately, after hearing about potential iphone 4 problems.

I experience a few small bugs such as screens sticking and being unresponsive, but mainly I can't stand the dropped calls. In the same places where my 3GS worked flawlessly, the 4 is randomly dropping calls as the screen shows 3G with full bars.

At this point, I want to return the 4 and go back to my 3GS. My question, is there any downside or rule against purchasing again in the future if they fix these problems in the next....day/week/month/year?

give your store a call. I am sure they will have your answer. I am sorry that you aren't happy with your new IPhone but glad that you can get a full refund for it!
