App over 20MB

I have been able to add several apps to my new iPhone with no trouble, but when I try to download (not sure of the proper terminology) this one app to my iPhone the phone says "Application Over 20MB, use iTunes on your computer to download".

I have downloaded the app to iTunes in my computer, but I can't figure out how to move it into my iPhone. Does anyone know of a video or written instruction to help me with this.

I'm new and fear I require step by step instructions.

you go to the apps tab and click the checkbox to install the app onto the phone then sync

You can also download them directly to your phone if you're connected to wifi.
