Confused Location in Weather Apps

My weather apps keep telling me that I'm in Castro Valley, when I'm in the Castro district of San Francisco. I tried turning the the location services off and back on, but it didn't help. I tried resetting the network, then tested it with Rise&Shine and the Weather Channel, they both think I'm in Castro Valley, although the built-in Map app and AAA maps both see me in the right place.

(Running iOS4 on 3GS, and I think it just started after the upgrade)

This is just plain odd...

I figured it out! The Weather Underground app was using a "PWS" setting, that referenced "personal weather stations". The other weather apps must have been picking up on just the first word of that, because when I turn that setting off, the other apps found me in San Francisco. Voila!
