Memory management with the iPhone 4.

I've noticed that the longer you keep apps running in that saved state the more memory they suck up. Thanks to "Free Memory" I realized this. They are running in the background if the the memory they use increases. apps I had running were Settings/TextNow/Tweetings/Free Memory/Beejiveim I had 46.25MB left.

Too bad the current free memory is handcuffed by Apple. It used to be where you could use the program to actually do what the title implies. I still have the original version that worked, but is now not usable in iOS4.

They dropped it because they had to. It used to be I could control it at will, now I can't. Still works somewhat, but not like it used to. Either way, enjoy it.
