Bluetooth dropping on the iPhone 4

I started to have Bluetooth trouble yesterday, it started with short range I say about 15 to 20 feet and at first I thought it was where I had the iPhone sitting when I walked up the ATM, my Bluetooth dropped and as I walked back to my car it re-connected, then I'm right next to the iPhone and my Bluetooth drops again then re-logs on, o.0 and it even keep's dropped while I was holding the iPhone, NOW when I had the 3G, I NEVER had a prob, I'm using a Jawbone ICON (I love Jawbone BTW) Is anyone been having the issue??
