What Happens When I Buy i4 From A 3rd Party?

Say if I went to Walmart or Best Buy. I purchase my iPhone 4 would I have to pay any fees? Like activation fee? Or would I just pay the 199.99 for the 16gb iPhone I want?

Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, just never purchased a phone from a 3rd party before. Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

You would pay whatever you would have to pay at Apple, or At&t. The upgrade charge goes on your bill. However, each store has their own extra's that you can buy. Sometimes they have cheaper phones, but in the iphones case, the price of the phone is the same EVERYWHERE. Hope that helps.

Okay but since I already have AT&T and I'm eligable for an upgrade I wouldn't have to pay for the activation fee.
