iOS4 and Tethering

So I was perusing through some of the new features that iOS4 offers and stumbled upon the ability to tether once again...

Settings -> General -> Network -> Tethering

So it looks like it is back!! Just thought I would share that with you all since I could not find a thread on this for the new iOS4.

Now here is my main question... Do you think AT&T will start charging us to use the tethering feature? Or do you all think that this is grandfathered into the those that have the unlimited plan?

I have read that it will cost 20 and you have to give up your unlimited plan and sign up for 2gb.

I'm curious to know how it works. Bluetooth, USB, wifi, or a combination?

It appears to work via USB...wonder what would happen if I were to use it and not sign up for their new plan. I am currently on a 3G and have the old Unlimited Plan... I will have to check.

Ehhhh, seriosuly, it should be a mobile hot spot they allow, not just tethering. They should've done it like the Palm Pre on Verizon. But, that what Jailbreak is for, and just install MyWi thats what Im going to do!
