Lets See Your iOS 4 Home Screens

So I don't know why but I'm a organization freak when it comes to my iPhone. I also can't say that it's only iPhone. When I had my Android phone I did the same thing. So I've been running iOS 4 for about a week and a half now and i'm curious to see how every ones home screens look and are organized. So lets see them!
