i just called apple waited for about an hour.finally someone comes to the phone asked my order number and then the call ends. i wonder if it was done on purpose because of the overflow of calls?or they dont want to answer any iphone questions. did this happen to anyone else?

The operator was probably on their iPhone and it dropped the call....oooh wait.

Of course they didn't do it on purpose, that kind of stuff happens. Technology isn't perfect, even land lines still get dropped calls.
