tethering on 4.0

i just noticed in the network section of 4.0 gm it has the option of internet tethering, but not able to select it. anybody else on 4.0 notice this? I'm on a 3g

This has been present since 3.0 but AT&T had disabled it via carrier settings.

You can activate it once AT&T launches their tethering plans provided you are on an eligible plan and have purchased tethering.
