what time will preordering start on the 15th

I was wondering if anyone had a clue as to what time the iPhone 4 will be available for preordering. Will it be at midnight on the 15th or later like towards the afternoon? What time did it start with the 3GS? I'd really like to get it reserved so I can just go pick it up so this information is vital.

There's another thread with the same question and answers. I'm not trying to be an asshole I've had the same thing told to me when I was a forum rookie but search because someone has probably already asked the question or a similar question where you can tack your question inside the thread.

Well, at least you provided a link to another forum discussing it instead of leaving them to go find it themselves.

BTW - What happened to the money you had saved for the iPhone 4? It dropped big time!
