So some moron thought it would be a funny idea to put a porn clip on my iphone. They stuck it in itunes, added it to the library, but luckily (or unluckily) it wouldn't sync.
The problem:
When i open itunes, click on my phone, let it connect, i click the "films" tab along the top and the god damn porn clip appears listed there. The ONLY clip listed there.
I can select it but not right click it (good game apple), i can't delete it with any key presses that i can imagine, i can't find ANY WAY to delete this clip from the list
So i find the clip on the hard drive and delete it, surely that would solve the problem? Nope. It still appears there, only now when i click "sync" on films, it says "file cannot be found." Doesn't remove it from the list though.
So i email apple support. They tell me that i need to contact the technical support phone line (i don't want to phone, i want to email) who offer complimentary and FEE BASED support, and they will decide which i need.
Obviously it will be fee based, and i have no interest in paying apple for solving THEIR problem with THEIR software.
So, now i come hat in hand to the biggest bunch of iphone experts on the planet - you guys.
Anyone have any clue how i can remove this **** before someone peeps over my shoulder and sees it?
Tried so far:
Delete key, ctrl-delete key, menu options, etc.
Right click
Uninstall and reinstall itunes
Deleting the file
