Undelete MMS Message

Stupid me..

I have a 3GS 32GB, Jailbroken on 3.1.3 with Spirit, not unlocked.

Was sent a MMS (Picture message), recieved it fine, viewed it, but put my phone in my pocket, and the phone managed to delete the picture and message thread. Don't know how, but its gone.

I'd like it back, anyone know how? It was a picture of my niece, and can not be resent, as her phone was erased (was in the process of restoring her iphone lol).

I did not sync to itunes before it was deleted.

If you sync'd before the delete, you can use the above method. If you didn't, the message is gone, there is no "undelete".
