Syncing Special Contact Numbers in Outlook

I have noticed that when syncing my iPhone contacts to Outlook using iTunes, any numbers in my Contacts registered as an "iPhone" number gets switched back to an "other" number.

For example, if I have John Smith's iPhone number is 123-456-7890, when I sync to iTunes/Outlook, Outlook changes 123-456-7890 to John Smith's "other" number.

Someone said if I add a category in Outlook, it will work fine. I searched it up and found this website: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP052432891033.aspx

So I attached an screenshot of what I think should be, please let me know if it will work if I follow the site's instructions (to sync "iPhone" numbers properly)

Thanks :)

You need to add a category to your contacts list - your screenshot shows you're adding a category for organizing e-mails.

Click your contacts page in outlook and use the add category button on the contacts pane and not the master categories list.
