3GS Dont rebood in black rain

Hi all ive had my iphone for about 4 months on a teatherd jailbreak 3.12
Ive rebooted it loads of times and got the ituned logo and re-run black rain and it comes back on

But last night i turned it off and tried to run black rain and the pic of goehot comes up and them goes off but the phone does not reboot

black rain says done waiting for reboot but the phone just does not turn on

i clicked yes in cydia to make my life easier but never had to restore the phone that way can anyone help me

Do you rely on unlock via sn0w? If not, update to 3.1.3 and jailbreak with spirit. Untethered. But only if you're on original carrier. Fx AT&T...
