Visual Voicemail Problems

I am having a problem I believe with my visual voicemail. I can click on a message and hear it fine. However, after hearing the message if try to play it again the message will not play. Am I doing something wrong?

The message will also play fine if I dial into the phone and listen via regular voicemail. Is there a voicemail key on the Iphone where I would not have to dial my own cell number?

There is no button to automatically dial your voice mail , but you can program your number in and assign it as a speed-dial # . As for the messages not playing again just try and be patient with the buttons , just click the message you want to hear and let go then touch the arrow again .
