Issues with syncing contacts in Windows 7

Hey, everyone. I've noticed when I'm syncing to Windows Contacts, I lose all of my e-mail labels on my iPhone. So instead of "home" or "work", all of them become "other". This seems to have happened recently and now it happens with every sync and it's driving me nuts. And yes, I do have the option of the computer overwriting the phone's contacts unchecked

Have not come across this yet but would like to know the solution also, just in case...

Could be something in the sync settings that are not user accessible. It seems as though all my secondary email addresses have just disappeared. (?!)
