My guess is that Apple is gonna drop the storage models by $100 like they did last year

16GB = $100 [With Discounted Upgrade]
32GB = $200 [With Discounted Upgrade]
64GB = $300 [With Discounted Upgrade]

or they will stay the same

16GB = $200
32GB = $300
64GB = $400

What do you think?

They will most likely be the same as last year, Apple always eliminates the smallest storage size. (ie - 1st gen they had 4 and 8, then 3G version only came in 8 and 16, then 3GS only came in 16 and 32)

The new versions my guess will only come in 32 and 64. 199 and 299. Just my guess.

I do not see a 64gb iPhone version coming out yet... The iPhone still only has space for 1 chip and a 64gb memory chip is still too expensive

Definatly the same. 100 dollars would definatly be to cheap for a iPhone and the price that it is now is just right.

Depends on if they change the form factor or not. And there is a 64GB touch. I can see it happening. Apple is predictable.

yes but keep in mind Mugs, the iPod touch uses 2 memory chips, while the Iphone only uses one due to space... Good to hear from you, its been a while... So hey Mugs

I think they'll keep the same price points and drop the price of the 3GS like they did with the 3G last year. I don't think a 64GB model is out of the question. I think that's one of the reasons for not advancing some hardware last year. Trying to keep the price points a little lower.

They will just drop the price of the 3GS and put the new one in its place. If they don't do anything too crazy with os 4 I think the 3G will stick around.

I could see it sticking around too. Hey, it's an easy way for AT&T and other carriers to sell an awesome phone at a low price and get that 30$/month in data. Why not? It's a great revenue model.
