Holding and using your iPhone...

Morning all -

Do you type on your iPhone with both thumbs, or do you hold your iPhone with one hand then use your index finger of your other hand?

Both. Right now, one finger of my right hand. But after about two sentences, I catch myself and switch to thumbs (much faster).

Two thumbs in Landscape mode almost exclusively.

If I am driving, one handed in portrait. Any other time, two handed portrait. I rarely type in landscape mode outside of safari since I am used to portrait mode. It did take them a couple of years to introduce it you know...

Two thumbs portrait all the way. I hate the landscape because the keyboard takes up 99% of the screen. I have never even heard of anyone using one finger. :P

I seem to type in portrait only. For the first couple of weeks, I used an index finger. Now, I am more likely to use one or two thumbs and rely heavily on autocorrect (which keeps surprising me with how good it is). Two thumbs is way faster if you are willing to trust the autocorrect.
