Help With Ringtone Folder

I am really new with the Iphone and just recently purchased it from AT&T and it isnt jailbroke.

I do not have a ringtone folder in my library or anywhere else for that matter.

Could someone tell me where the folder is or how to install a ring tone folder to the library so I can sync some of the ringtones I have downloaded for the Iphone

This is an iphone 3gs on AT&T

Go to iTunes and click File, add File to library. Then navigate to where you have the ringtone you've downloaded. If it's in the proper ringtone format, it will automagically be placed into your ringtone folder.

But the problem is I dont have a rigntone folder in my library to add rigntones too.

I am a bit technically challenged with itunes and iphone I have used a blackberry for the last 8 years. Sorry to be a pain
