iphone file transfer to PC

I've done some research regarding a program that will allow me to transfer files between by 3GS and my laptop. Not sure if there's one on Cydia? That search is next.

Here's three programs I've come across & would like feedback if anyone has used and/or recommend one over another. Also, if there is another folks would recommend.

Tansee iphone transfer
iphone browers
netprotal (Through iTunes)

I stay away from Tansee products on general principles. They spam forums, and that suggests nobody would buy their stuff if it weren't for naivety.

I use DiskAid.
