Huh? There is no 3.2. The latest version is 3.1.2.

and even then the firmware is tied to the specific hardware. 3.2 for the ipad will doubtless only run on the new processor.

3.2 was not designed for the iPhone, why not just load Windows 7 on your iPhone instead...
