Doesn't look new but his software version says 4.0.

Any ideas on where he managed to get it and why there doesn't seem to be much new!

Yes that was very weak indeed. Correct me if I am wrong but isn't it easy to edit the name of a version and load it onto an iPod or iPhone using the Ctrl / Cmd restore?

yeah definately fake. only people that would have 4.0 in very early beta at least would be apple workers.

That youtube video is fake, and yea, that's the jailbreak lockscreen app Element which isn't out yet, although something similar to that in 4.0 would be nice..

android isn't finished IMO. If you like apps on your phone, android doesn't have the cream of the crop. That belongs to Apple. Also, the touchscreen with multi-touch and auto-correct are way ahead of Google.

IMHO Android isn't close to the iPhone in usability. And android looks so dull.. Looks very much like Windows 3.11, doesn't it? Cant get myself to like it at all... Design is one of Apples strong side, and has been for quite some time IMO.
