New Years Eve Midnight Service Failures

Did anyone experience service failures last night between 11-12 CST? I had numerous text's fail delivery, as well as some calls. I chalk it up to everyone either streaming live over UStream/Quik, to show everyone the Ball drops in their respective cities...

I had 2 texts that wouldn't go through

I live in beacon ny I had bad service from 11 11:15 pm to about 215am that's when I got my first call

This is pretty standard with most telcoms, personally my MMS were not working all day and then today I rebooted my iPhone and everything came thru... I am thinking it was the reboot not AT&T... But I can tell you Verizon went down in my area around 10pm... Just consider the mass phone calls and especially text messages a Telcom has to endure on certain days, it must be like a internal D.O.S. attack..

I had problems sending texts in Topeka, Kansas. This was the only time I have ever had a problem with my AT&T service.
