everything is big

I put my 3gs in my pocket and when I took it out all the icons are huge. How do I get it to go back?

dont know how but it acts like when you double tap and a web page gets bigger. Right now I am syncing with I tunes and here is what is on the screen

all that does is gives me the slider to turn it off and I cant because it is to big and I can not get to the red slider.

I was so mad I tapped it real hard twice and now it is back. That was strange.

I'm guessing you turned on Zoom in the Accessibility menu. If you tap the screen with two fingers, it will make everything huge.

yes I did but it was strange because it came back to normal but when I openened the phone the links at the bottom were only half showing. It is fine now. Thanks
