The Apple store said my hardware was fried (I do not have any idea why, I am not computer sophisticated enough to have fouled it up..the store said this generation had some problems, I think they said 3.2 or something) . The phone has been going bad for weeks. First slowing down, then couldn't get screen, then foreign language screens, then fully recharging but battery empty when used once.
It is important I get photos off before I turn the phone in for a new one (still under warranty).
Who do I talk to?? Los Angeles area.
I tried to use itune to download, but the iphone screen shows usb aiming toward itune icon, then when slide shows emergency key pad, but won't go any further.
What do I do??
