Iphone Jailbreak

I have bought Iphone 3GS firmware 3.1 baseband 5.11.07 & i installed blackra1n to unlock Iphone & then i uninstalled BlackRa1n but i didn't install cydia,now i have a problem as i can't reinsall BlackRa1n to install cydia ( I tried several times to reinstall Black ra1n buy Blacksnow icon is not appearing on springboard),
can anyone Help me to find a solution for this problem???

restore your phone, i'm pretty sure that's the only way you're going to be able to get that icon back. it isn't downloading because your phone is already reading as jailbroken.

yep restore to undo the Jailbreak and run blackra1n again. This time get Cydia and blacksn0w if you need to unlock before removing blackra1n.
