Wifi Problems just started... Help!

I have a 2g 3.1.2 that has been jailbroken in the past. Lately (last 2 days) the wifi diesnt seem to be right. At times, it cannot get the internet through it, and at times it re-prompts to join the same ssid that I had already joined. This is happening at work and at home, so I know its not the network.

Any thoughts? I did a complete restore and set up as a new phone (PAIN) and it still happens. Basically wifi is so flaky that its not usable. Anyone else have this happen?

This has happened to me in the last two days as well. Im jailbroken on 3.1.2 but I have a 3G. The wifi is totally unusable and I don't know what to do.

I have tried ALL the reset network settings etc. with no change. Grrrrr.. I am even tempted to sell my phone and get another. Since I have a 2G on EDGE, I am CRIPPLED without the higher speeds of wifi.
