hi I am new to this site and have just purchased an applle i phone 16gb 3gs
I cannot send picture messages can any body help please , I have contacted customer services they said to tex to 1010 MMS but it does not seem to have worked, THANKS

Make sure you update your iPhone to the latest version of the OS and that you have the latest carrier file if you're using AT&T. This is also something you'll get through iTunes.

picture messaging is through your carrier. you will need to contact them. they setup their system to work with the built in app.

big9erfan- I'm guessing he's not on AT&T. AT&T would not say anything about any 1010

Check Settings -> Messages -> MMS Messaging

You need MMS Messaging to be set ON if you want to send photos through Messages.

maybe post where you are or what carrier you're with and others on the carrier may jump in with info. Also if you talked to your carrier I'm sure you asked if MMS was on your plan.
